Mountain Peaks in Germany
This tool downloads named mountain peak locations in Germany as point data — summit coordinates with name, elevation, and region. Use the elevation filter to focus on high peaks. Data is sourced from GeoNames and delivered as GeoJSON, Shapefile, CSV, KML, GeoPackage, or FlatGeobuf.
Point Locations Only
Each peak is a single lat/lng point at the summit — not a terrain polygon or elevation raster. Elevation values (in metres) are from SRTM data via GeoNames.
