About This Tool
Download geyser locations as point data for any country. Geysers are rare worldwide — significant concentrations exist only in Yellowstone (United States), Iceland (Geysir and Strokkur fields), New Zealand's Taupo Volcanic Zone, and the Atacama region of Chile. Useful for geotourism planning, geological education, national park visitor applications, and volcanology databases.
Point Data — What That Means
Each geyser is a single point at the vent location — a latitude/longitude coordinate with name and region. These are not geothermal field boundaries, eruption height data, or interval timing information.
